Accessibility at WorkSource

Our commitment

WorkSource is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working to align our digital services with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and accessibility is part of how we build and review new features.

That work includes keyboard operability across the product, screen reader support, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, clear form labels and error messages, and support for reduced motion preferences.

Need an accommodation?

If a disability prevents you from completing any part of the WorkSource process, such as creating your profile, verifying your identity, applying to a job, or reviewing candidates, you may request assistance or an accessible alternative. You do not need to share medical details; just tell us which step is giving you trouble and how to reach you.

Contact the WorkSource team

During identity verification, you can also request a manual review directly from the verification step if the automated scan does not work for you.

Feedback
