WorkSource is a local hiring marketplace for the Charlotte region. Every employer and every job seeker is verified before they connect, so people know they are dealing with real companies and real jobs.
We are hiring 20 Brand Ambassadors to help people across the area find out about it and sign up.
What you will do
- • Work door-to-door blocks, walking into local businesses in busy areas and introducing WorkSource to owners, managers and job seekers.
- • Staff WorkSource tables and booths at community events, job fairs and campuses.
- • Help people create their WorkSource accounts on the spot.
- • Share WorkSource on your own social media, if you are comfortable with that.
Pay
- • Flat rate per block. Door-to-door blocks average about $20/hour, and event blocks average about $30/hour.
- • Pick the blocks that fit your schedule. Work as little or as much as you want.
- • Referral bonuses that keep paying as the people you bring in stay active.
Where it can lead
- • Top performers can move into a full-time W-2 Account Manager role.
- • Ambassadors who do well get a recommendation from our founder on LinkedIn and on WorkSource.

- • Have reliable transportation, or live near busy, walkable areas.
- • Like talking to people and do not mind starting the conversation.
- • Show up when you say you will.
